Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

Most of us know if we are an introvert or an extrovert. But what about our kids? And our husbands?
Why is this important? Because it affects how are “tank” is filled up. Extroverts are generally re-energized by being around other people while introverts need to retreat to fill back up. I am usually an extrovert as I LOVE to connect through conversations and meetings with people that I like. A day of these kind of meetings revives me both personally and professionally.
But what about the rest of the family? My husband is an introvert–he loves to have conversations but then needs to “recoup” afterward in his easy-chair. The girls? Well I have a combination of both.

As savvy mompreneurs, it is important to know the “make-up” of your family so that you can manage everyone a bit easier. Karen Bierdeman, AKA the Guilt Free Mom, does a great job of laying out 5 steps to help you manage your combination family. Read her entire article here.
My favorite step is the 5th one–and I greatly appreciate her explaining the importance of this step for moms. What are your thoughts about this topic?
